A Pre-Columbian Mexican Chupicuaro Pottery Figure | c. 400-100 BC

This Mexican Chupicuaro portrays a female figure. Her facial features show her to have slanted eyes and her hair has a middle parting. Her hands are clasped together across her chest, while white and red pigments can be seen on the face and hair. The object is complete and undamaged, with two auction or collectors labels glued to the back of the body.
