A Roman Iridescent Glass Bottle | 3rd-4th century AD

This is a roman glass bottle with silver and grey metallic tones. The body is covered with rich iridescence, and the encrustations and colour of the glass create a marble-like effect. The glass surface also has some solid light brown dirt on one side. In very good condition.

Provenance: Formerly the property of a North London collector; previously from an old collection formed in the 1980s.
