A Hellenistic Terracotta Statue Head | 4th-1st century BC

This terracotta statue appears to be representing a male divinity with a radiate crown. There is a sharp red colouring across the surface. Chips can be seen on the top and bottom towards the righthand side.

Provenance: Purchased in 2020 from a London specialist auction. Formerly with a private Netherlands collection; previously in an old collection since before 1980.
